The pandemic has arrived and with it a drastic change (my opinion) in Hong Kong. Masks (we are still wearing them in December 2022), vaccinations, closed shops, social distance excluding bars and public transport, possibility to leave the country but difficult to enter, quarantines of up to 21 days.... locked in Hong Kong.
