Since I was very young I have always loved being in the street, walking, investigating, observing, listening, smelling... the street is the stage of life and we, the passers-by, are in a certain way the actors on that stage. Photography for me is to capture everything that I walk, investigate, observe, observe, listen, smell on that stage, which does not only have to be the street, .... is to photograph a moment and make it beautiful, to photograph life, to give my opinion with an image.

Ladies & Gentlemen

Ladies and Gentlemen, more than a photographic series, it is a long-term project of scenes I meet in the street. These scenes have been immortalised in various countries during my vacations and photo workshops. All the photographs in this project are shot in a candid way and the aim is to contrast subjects/objects/subjects.

You will never walk alone

You Will Never Walk Alone is another of my long-term projects that will continue to grow throughout my life as a photographer. The peculiarity of this project is that there is only one person in the frame (which is not easy even if it looks like it) focusing on gestures, expressions or circumstances of the photographed at the moment of shooting.

It all started with some random conversations, we were talking about how fast time goes by and when I got home I was thinking how on earth can you photograph something non-tangible like time, how would you photograph time, I still don't know but I'm very attracted to the idea of being able to do it, so little by little I'll be adding more and more photos to this project.

Cell on the beach

This series of photographs (now finished) is a series I took during one winter at Repulse Bay beach in Hong Kong, where dozens of buses full of Chinese tourists arrived every day, most of whom had never seen the beach before. They were delighted to be able to touch the water and the sand, and they filmed everything with their mobile phones.

Dear animals

Dear Animals is a photographic series dedicated to animals. It started in Vietnam when I saw dogs being killed and then roasted and sold as food. Although I have many photos of different animals I am still shaping the project.

Self-Portraits

I remember when I showed my (street) photographs to my mother, she asked me a bit disappointed. - But you're not in any of the photos? -Of course, I'm the photographer, mom, not the one being photographed," I answered her. -Well, you have very nice pictures, but I want to see you in the pictures, not these people," she said with a mother's love and sorrow. Since then I always look for a scene in which I can appear and participate in the photograph.

Manila Connection is a series of photographs that back in December 2019 immortalli'ce in the capital of the Philippines reporting on Baseco Beach, Navotas Cemetery and around the Pasig River.

Locked up in Hong Kong

The pandemic has arrived and with it a drastic change (my opinion) in Hong Kong. Masks (we are still wearing them in December 2022), vaccinations, closed shops, social distance excluding bars and public transport, possibility to leave the country but difficult to enter, quarantines of up to 21 days.... locked in Hong Kong.

T.A.X.I. is my return to photography after a six month break. It is a photographic series that for the moment has no end and no rules to follow. Different photographs in motion and at slow speeds, double exposure in the camera and forced angles.

Those fucking nightmares

In the summer of 2021 my wife was diagnosed with a disease which (although it is under control) we have to live with for the rest of our lives. Don't worry, we are coping well, but it has been a very difficult time and this photographic series was born out of it.

T.E.T.R.I.X.

T.E.T.T.R.I.X. is a photographic challenge of 7 days and 25 photos that have challenged me. I have to photograph the buildings of Hong Kong in square format and that most of the epixels are occupied with some bricks of those buildings.... weird but exciting.
