TAXI, has been my return to photography after 6 months of hiatus. I wanted to return to photography and make it different, provocative and I didn't know which topic to photograph. Being at a taxi rank made me think about the colour red, how chaotic taxis (some of them) are in Hong Kong, the speed, the roguishness, the rush, the traffic, the city...everything was running around in my head, TAXI had all that and maybe that's what I was looking for, but how to make it different? I started to do double exposures, triple exposures, playing with different shutter speeds, sweeping at slow speeds, blurring .... something different to show me the chaos of Hong Kong, and this is T.A.X.I.
