Miguel Marina Rodriguez under the company Marina International Ltd. (hereinafter MIGUELITOR) will act as a photography teacher guiding each participant in the development of their photographic shots and will also be responsible for talking, managing and making the payment in any hotel, restaurant or transportation that is needed during the workshop.

 

MIGUELITOR will not be responsible for 

• Any loss, theft or damage to property 

• Any accident, illness, injury or death of persons caused directly or indirectly during the travel/workshop period

• Flight cancellations of participants

• Typhoons, hurricanes, wars, attacks caused during the workshop

 

Do not attend the workshop if

• You have a serious illness

• You are not in good physical condition

• You are unable to walk more than 6 kilometers per day.

 

Price of international workshops.

The price of the international workshops varies according to destination and season and they include

• Hotel

• Transfer airport-hotel-airport

 

Not included in the price

• Visas

• Flights origin-destination-destination-place of origin

• Travel insurance

• Personal expenses

• Other travel/stay expenses

 

Payment

All participants must make full payment within 10 weeks / 70 days prior to the workshop via PAYPAL or credit card through this website or by contacting MIGUELITOR at info@miguelitor.net.

For a reservation before these 10 weeks / 70 days a 50% deposit can be made, once within the payment period MIGUELITOR will contact the participant for the next 50% payment. Your reservation may be cancelled if this last payment is not made within the stipulated days.

Places are limited (6) and are accepted on a first come, first served basis, therefore early registration is recommended.

 

Cancellations and refunds

Full refund (minus transfer fees) if another participant fills the cancelled place, 50% refund if there is no substitute to fill the canceled place.

Abandoning an ongoing workshop, for any reason, will not result in a refund. We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the number of participants is insufficient and the workshop is economically unfeasible. In the event that a workshop is cancelled prior to departure, you will be refunded the full cost of the workshop.
